Cancellation Policy

In this policy, the words “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Sweetspark Solution Private Limited, while “you,” “your,” and “user” indicate our valued customers. We understand that preferences may change, and you might need to cancel an order. The details below outline our cancellation procedure.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever happens earlier. To proceed with cancellation, please contact our customer support team through email. 

If your request meets the eligibility requirements, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment mode within 5–7 business days.

Orders Already Shipped

After your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed. However, once you receive the package, you may raise a return request as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Modification

Currently, we do not provide the option to change items, sizes, or delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If you wish to modify details, the existing order must first be canceled (if eligible), after which a new order can be placed.
